across the organization onto a ‘Cause Innovation’ team.


With Curiosity Inc, I created a 10-week Design Thinking & Innovation blended learning curriculum for adult learners from diverse backgrounds. The studio methodology included immersive in-person training, online activity, peer-to-peer mentoring and cross sector networking. Learning modules gave the team new techniques to attack problems by disrupting conventions, identifying whitespace market needs, conceptualizing and prototyping new ideas, and ultimately move through product and service commercialization. The course culminated in a group field trip to NYC where we arranged visits to the top innovation design firms and leaders innovating in their industries so the team could be inspired and develop new networks.
